Apple Retail Sales Consultant |
We are looking for an energetic new full-time staff member to join the Retail Sales Team at our Hawthorn Superstore in Glenferrie Road. As part of our Sales Team you will be assisting customers both in-store and over the phone. You will be required to listen to and understand our customers needs and advise them on the best solutions.
You must be reliable and eager to learn as on the job training is provided for our internal systems and procedures. You must be able to take instructions from your Manager but also be able to work individually. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are required. The successful applicant will be working closely with other people in the department so must be able to work well in a team environment.
The successful applicant will:
- have experience with current Mac hardware and software
- have preferably previously worked in a sales position
- be self motivated
- be committed to customer service
- have a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
- be able to work as part of a team
- possess excellent communication skills
- have an ability to learn quickly on the job

The full-time position will be for an average of 38 hours per week between 9AM to 5:30PM Monday through Thursday, 9AM to 7:30PM Fridays, 9AM to 5PM Saturdays and 10AM to 4PM Sundays.

We are looking for an energetic new full-time staff member to join our Service Team. As part of our team you will be based in our brand new Bayside workshop supporting and repairing Apple and related equipment.
You must be reliable and eager to learn as on the job training is provided for our internal systems and procedures. You must be able to take instructions from your Manager but also be able to work individually. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are required.
This would be a key role in our new store; overseeing the day to day operations and logistics of the workshop and service business.
The successful applicant will:
- hold a current Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification
- hold a current Victorian driver's license
- feel confident supervising the day to day operations of a small workshop
- have a excellent technical knowledge of Apple products
- be self motivated
- be passionate about providing best in class service to our customers
- have a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
- be committed to customer satisfaction
- be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually

The position will be based in our new Bayside store, located in Frankston, VIC, and would include some travel to our primary workshop in Hawthorn for training and support.
The full-time position will be for an average of 38 hours per week rostered over our opening hours Monday through Saturdays.
A salary package for the position is negotiable depending on experience, technical, administration and communication skills of the candidate.
