We are looking for an energetic new full-time staff member to join the Service and Support Team at our Hawthorn store. As part of our team you will be based in our workshop supporting and repairing Apple and related equipment, as well as on the road as part of our on-site setup and technical integration team.
You must be reliable and eager to learn as on the job training is provided for our internal systems and procedures. You must be able to take instructions from your Manager but also be able to work individually. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are required. The successful applicant will be working closely with other people in the department so must be able to work well in a team environment.
The successful applicant will:
- possess a current Victorian driver’s license
- have a very good technical knowledge of Apple products
- be self motivated
- be committed to customer service
- have a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
- be able to work as part of a team
- possess excellent communication skills
- have an ability to learn quickly on the job
- be enthusiastic with the drive and energy needed to succeed
- be professional and well organised
Previous experience as an Apple Service Technician and related certification highly desirable but not essential. We will assist the right applicant to achieve Apple Service certification.
The full-time position will be for an average of 38 hours per week between rostered over our opening hours of 9AM to 5:30PM Monday through Thursday, and 9AM to 7:30PM Fridays.

Apple Retail Sales Consultant |
We are looking for an energetic new full-time staff member to join our Retail Sales Team at our new Streetwise Bayside store in Frankston. As part of our Sales Team you will be assisting customers both in-store and over the phone. You will be required to listen to and understand our customers needs and advise them on the best solutions.
You must be reliable and eager to learn as on the job training is provided for our internal systems and procedures. You must be able to take instructions from your Manager but also be able to work individually. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are required. The successful applicant will be working closely with other people in the department so must be able to work well in a team environment.
The successful applicant will:
- have experience with current Mac hardware and software
- have preferably previously worked in a sales position
- be self motivated
- be committed to customer service
- have a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
- be able to work as part of a team
- possess excellent communication skills
- have an ability to learn quickly on the job
- be enthusiastic with the drive and energy needed to succeed
- be professional and well organised
- be well presented in front of customers
The full-time position will be for an average of 38 hours per week between 9AM to 5:30PM Monday through Thursday, 9AM to 7:30PM Fridays, 9AM to 5PM Saturdays and 10AM to 4PM Sundays.
