We offer a range of delivery services depending on your delivery location and your order weight and size. For your security, all shipments will require a signature of an adult upon delivery. Our couriers may ask for you to present identification.

Important Information About Delivery Times:

All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Streetwise. Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges will apply.

Australia Post is the only delivery service that will deliver to RMB/RSD addresses, locked bags and other remote locations. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally up to 5 business days.

Australia Post Express eParcel

Australia Post is the only delivery service that will deliver to RMB/RSD addresses, locked bags and other remote locations. This Express eParcel service is delivered via Australia Post's Express Post network. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally deliveries are received next business day for addresses withing Australia Post's Express Post network, or up to 5 business days for other addresses.

Star Couriers

Delivery of your order via Star Couriers is available only for the Melbourne metro area and some other locations throughout Victoria. When goods are dispatched via Star Couriers delivery is generally next business day for Melbourne metro and generally the following business day for other locations in Victoria.
Star Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bag, RMB or RSD addresses.

TNT Road Freight

TNT Road Freight offers affordable delivery of larger items via road freight throughout Australia. Delivery times can range from overnight up to 5 business days depending on your location.
